Tianjin launched "health code" to help epidemic prevention and return to work
Xinhua News Agency, Tianjin, February 29th (Reporter Zhou Runjian) Tianjin officially launched the "Health Code" on the 29th. Through accurate health monitoring and real-time dynamic management, it used big data tools to empower the wisdom of overall epidemic prevention and control and resumption of work and production.
According to reports, the "health code", as the exclusive digital "passport" for Tianjin citizens and those who intend to enter Tianjin, is applied on the principle of voluntariness. Applicants can apply online through the "Jinxin Office" App or the "Jinxin Office" Alipay applet and automatically generate a color code after background review.
The "health code" implements the three-color dynamic management of "green code, orange code and red code", and realizes "one-time declaration, universal use in the whole city, dynamic management and classified control". "Green code" personnel enter and leave the city’s communities, enterprises, airports, stations, farmers’ markets, large supermarkets, shopping malls and other places where people are highly mobile and may gather, as well as public transport vehicles such as subways, buses, long-distance buses, taxis, and online car rides. If their body temperature is normal, they can travel and return to work; "orange code" personnel strictly implement the requirements of home medical observation and consciously accept community management; "Code Red" personnel are strictly controlled by relevant institutions and communities.
It is understood that the "red code" and "orange code" personnel turn to "green code" after meeting the normal conditions for epidemic prevention and control. Personnel entering and leaving medical and health institutions and personnel without codes shall pass in the original way. The elderly and children can apply for the "health code" on behalf of their accompanying spouses, parents and children, or they can pass through with valid documents such as the original pass after their body temperature is normal. In addition, the "Health Code" currently supports applications from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and foreign users.
