Since September 2014, the public welfare art training of Changsha Mass Art Museum has always adhered to the work orientation of "people-centered" and the concept of "general branch school system", radiating the whole city’s community from the main position of the city museum, and carrying out free art training for ordinary citizens all the year round. From the first three shifts to more than 150 shifts per year now, the number of trainees has increased from less than 100 to more than 20,000 per year, and the number of art categories has increased to more than 20.
