Shashi District People’s Court with Original Refined Soldiers

On the evening of June 27th, the third "Shafa Lecture Hall" of Shashi District People’s Court was in full swing with the accompaniment of torrential rain. This lecture hall was presided over by Wang Xi, deputy secretary and vice president of the Party Group, and specially invited Ouyang Qing, director of the Research Office of the Intermediate People’s Court, and all judges and assistant judges of Shashi District People’s Court participated in this activity.

This lecture hall was shared by Xu Zibiao, Vice President of Cenhe People’s Court, and Shine Wong, Second Judge of Chaoyang Road People’s Court.

Xu Zibiao, in combination with Understanding the Articles of the New and Old Company Law and Interpretation of Important Systems, showed you the New Company Law which will be implemented on July 1st from the theoretical level. He said that only by constantly improving the legal system and improving the level of legal practice can we better meet the people’s yearning for and pursuit of a better life.

Shine Wong shared the Application of Judicial Termination Rules for Contract Deadlock, and analyzed the current hot issues of contract disputes from a small point of contract deadlock. Through vivid case sharing, it not only showed the rigor of the law, but also emphasized the importance of judicial justice, which inspired the police on the scene to think deeply about the future of the rule of law.

In the interactive session, senior judges with rich trial experience and Meng Xinfa, who has solid theoretical knowledge, spoke freely and put forward their own different views. At the scene, they were "tit for tat" but also laughed again and again.

Ouyang Qing, director of the Research Office of Jingzhou Intermediate People’s Court, fully affirmed the "Shafa Lecture Hall" held by Shashi Court. Combining with her research work, she stressed that judges and legal assistants should make full use of the law to answer the internet, establish a sense of quality products, and pay attention to the transformation of results, not only to bury their heads in handling cases, but also to look up at the starry sky. "Only with a broader vision can we take a good road."

Wang Qian, deputy secretary and vice president of the party group, encouraged all police officers with the "three firm beliefs" to firmly believe that the law can solve problems; We must firmly believe that we can find an appropriate solution to the problem under the existing legal framework; We should firmly believe that if the referee’s conclusion deviates from ethics or social justice and fairness, it must be that the judge made a mistake in applying the law and should rethink and scrutinize the referee’s plan.
